How much assembly is required when I receive the bike?
Tracerbikes arrive 85% assembled. Install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle in about 30–45 minutes with the included instructions.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our U.S. warehouse, and orders usually leave within 1-2 business days.Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.Stretch Cruiser ships via LTL freight for safe deliveryand typically arrive within 5–10 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your bike reaches the local terminal.
What kind of warranty comes with Trcaer bike?
Tracer bikes includes a 6-month warranty on the battery and electronic components, plus a 1-year warranty on the frame for manufacturer defects.
