We ship from our U.S. warehouse, and orders usually leave within 1-2 business days.Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.Stretch Cruiser ships via LTL freight for safe deliveryand typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Tracer bikes includes a 6-month warranty on the battery and electronic components, plus a 1-year warranty on the frame for manufacturer defects.
