I bought the Twenty5 GT 500 watt on Mothers day weekend sale. The bike is great mine is red and very cool. I don't know how many others have one in Albuquerque New Mexico. I have not seen another yet. That makes it even better. When it arrived it is boxed very well. I took my time unpacking the bike. The headlight had a slight blemish looks like rubbing from the foam block material. It polished out no problem, as for the riding experience well I'm 61it has been a minute that I have been on a bike. The forward pedels are different at first. Adjusting is easy. The electric assist is the fun part I have only put twenty some miles so far. I'm adding accessories at the moment mirrors,water bottle holder,rim and frame lights, red pedels. Making the bike mine I like to night ride so I want it to be seen on unlit streets. I need the full rear rack on the DS just inquired about availability. Right now it's all good, from purchase to arrival the home delivery was flawless. The driver set the box where I wanted. After a few rides I came across a problem. The kickstand has a 2 piece design? Weird but after a ride when I put the kickstand down caught the bike not standing. The end tip was gone. A quick trip to the website I contacted customer service by chat. A picture of the problem. The reply was a replacement was being shipped right out! It was pretty fast a little bummer waiting. Overall a great experience for a killer unique bike. I applaud the custom mindset that has taken a lifetime to come! Production of a onestop bike that is not the same old same! I have never been into generic what everybody else has. The battery life on this e-bike is an absolute game-changer. I took it out for a solid, full-day ride, and it still had plenty of juice left by the time I got home. No range anxiety whatsoever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for serious mileage!
